Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and AttentionOS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“AttentionOS”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you use attentionos.ai, sign up for the free live training, or buy the AttentionOS cohort (the “Cohort”). By using the site or completing a purchase you accept them.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The Cohort is a business service for people who use it for their trade, business or profession.

2. What you buy

• Base: four one-hour live setup calls over two weeks, guidance on setting up AttentionOS as a business owner or creator, access to the AttentionOS community, and weekly office hours with our team for 3 months.
• Premium: everything in Base, plus done-for-you setup by the founder you choose.

Base teaches you to install and configure the open-source AttentionOS software on your own computer (or a server you choose) and accounts. We help you live, but you carry out the setup and you control your accounts.

Done-for-you setup (Premium): after you buy, you choose which of our four founders does your setup on your welcome page. They install and configure AttentionOS for you on your computer or a server you choose, and connect the accounts and services you give them access to. We agree the timing with you after you buy. You stay the owner of every account and can remove our access at any time; we only use it to do your setup.

Your 3 months of weekly office hours start from your first setup call. Recordings of your setup calls stay available to you for at least those 3 months.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Sales tax or VAT is added where it applies. Payment is processed by Stripe. If you choose a pay-over-time option such as Klarna or Affirm, that provider pays us in full and your instalment agreement is between you and that provider, on its terms. Promo codes can't be combined unless we say so and have no cash value.

Upgrading from Base to Premium costs the difference between the two prices at the time you upgrade.

4. Setup calls and scheduling

We email you the dates and times of your setup calls after you buy. We may need to reschedule or cancel a call; if we do, we will tell you by email and offer another time, or a refund under our refund policy.

5. Access, links and recordings

• Your ticket, join links and replay links are personal. Don't share them or let others attend in your place.
• Sessions are recorded so buyers can watch replays. Your name, voice or video may appear in the recording if you speak or turn your camera on; you can keep your camera off and use chat. We won't use your image or words in marketing without your permission.
• Don't record, download, redistribute or resell sessions or materials.
• We may remove anyone who disrupts a session, harasses others or breaks these terms, without a refund.

6. The open-source software

AttentionOS is open-source software published under the MIT license (the public repository is coming soon). Your use of the software is governed by that license, which provides it “as is”, without warranty. Buying the Cohort doesn't change the license or create a support contract for the software beyond the Cohort itself.

The software connects to services you choose, such as Anthropic (Claude), Zernio, Apify and social platforms. You are responsible for your accounts with them, their fees, and following their terms and the rules of each social platform, including rules on automation and direct messages.

7. No guaranteed results

We teach a setup and share how we work. We don't promise any number of followers, leads, sales or revenue. Results depend on your business, your content and many factors outside our control.

8. Cohort materials

Slides, checklists, templates and recordings we provide (other than the open-source software) belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

Except as stated in these terms, the site and Cohort are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Cohort is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Your responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its security, or use the Cohort to build anything unlawful. You are responsible for content you publish with AttentionOS.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

Any dispute we can't resolve informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date; the terms in force when you bought apply to that purchase.
